Our Story

Westbrook Farmstead  is OPEN from Mid-April through the END of October.

 

​Westbrook Farmstead is vendor friendly and Clients may provide self-purchased alcohol with a one day Host Property and Liquor Liability Policy*.

 

  We will NOT charge you for common conveniences like tables, chairs, linens or ceremony service-

​

The 150 year old once working, authentic barn is capable of seating up to 278 people with Central HEAT and Commercial BATHROOMS. . 

​

 Your celebration can be held all at one location, from beginning to end!  We offer Decor Rental Services and Day Coordinators to help facilitate your celebration for a less stressful day!

​

The 1858 Italianate Mansion is equipped with a gorgeous bridal suite with a private entrance bathroom, along with a separate bridesmaid room to get all of you ready on your special day.

​

​Westbrook Farmstead has a  dedicated Ceremony area.  The outdoor Open-air Chapel seats 220 guests with "reveal doors" and a hand-hewn beam arbor with the re-purposed lead glass window from the  1858 Mansion. The Crib can be enclosed and heated for chilly fall weddings!. ​

 

 Westbrook has a dedicated "man cave"!  TV is provided and lounging awaits the men while everyone gets ready.
