We are located in Ionia Township midway between Grand Rapids and Lansing.
We have an Extra- large gathering fellowship barn that seats up to 300 guests along with indoor and outdoor ceremony sites! Our open-air Corn Crib Chapel is perfect for the semi-enclosed ceremony with seating for 220 guests. The removable sides can be unrolled down for rain days with portable heaters for your guests comfort, or say, "I do!" under our 300 Year old Oak Tree. It's your choice!
The original 1858 hand-crafted spiral staircase cannot be missed for your beautiful pictures. It is unique and unmatched. We want your day to be as magical as you imagined it would be!

VENDOR FRIENDLY FACILITY:
We allow you to use your own vendors at NO additional cost. *Renters have use of our Catering area equipped for food staging with a Refrigerator for cake, flowers or left-overs!
TABLES, CHAIRS, LINENS AND MORE!
Your package comes with seating for 300 guests, white folding chairs, Floor-Length double white linens, food tables with floor-length black linens and (3) custom hand-crafted repurposed wood Farm Tables for the Head Table.
PATIO AREA, PARKING AND YARD GAMES
We have a very large out-of-sight, handicapped accessible cement parking lot AND a patio area for outdoor gathering. We also have a gorgeous front yard to have an intimate Ceremony! Your package includes the open space for complimentary use of provided yard games.
DANCE FLOOR, CAKE TABLE, CARD TABLE
Inside the gathering barn there is a dance floor with disco ball, spools for your cake, welcome signs, beautiful memorial lighted hutch and gift table along with a dedicated area for your choice of music and Caterer.
You will have use of two alcohol service stations where you may offer self-purchased alcoholic beverages to your guests served by Westbrook's provided friendly, professional staff. You may use the Antique wash-basin for Non-alcoholic drinks *See contract for details. Sorry, Guests may not Bring Their Own Booze (BYOB). ICE is available on-site for purchase for the day of Event, saving you time and stress!
INDOOR ADA Compliant BATHROOMS!!
We have (6) INDOOR fully-stocked beautifully elegant repurposed barn wood framed Handicapped Accessible Men's and Women's COMMERCIAL RESTROOMS. No "porta potties" for your event! We also provide Facility Maintenance and Security. We provide 200 AMP Electric service and a Generac auto-back-up generator for Michigan's unpredictable weather.
FILTERED WATER DISPENSER
You may use our Filtered Reverse Osmosis water dispenser. The dispenser holds 5 gallons of water and dispenses both HOT and COLD water, saving you time and money!
We have complimentary central heat inside the Reception Barn when the weather turns crisp, so no worries about being too cold for an early spring or late fall wedding!
PRIVATE BRIDE & BRIDESMAIDS SUITE
Located in the Italianate Mansion are climate controlled dedicated, timelessly elegant Bridal dressing suite, with a separate Brides Maid's suite with 4 stations to get ready in glamour to pamper yourself in style, along with an unforgettable en-suite bathroom.
The Groom and his men have a separate climate controlled "Man Cave" building equipped with cards, TV and Bluetooth speaker to keep the guys entertained and comfortable when getting dressed or lounging on the power-reclining "racing seat couches" while they await the festivities.

A Day Coordinator may be added to your package for a stress-free, hassle free day! A Half-Day Coordinator is also available. Let us do the work while you concentrate on YOU and your guests! *See Contract for Details.
FREE ONE HOUR CEREMONY REHEARSAL
A free one hour rehearsal is included in the price the week of the ceremony. The Saturday bride will rehearse Thursday at 6pm. Friday Bride's rehearsal will be at 7pm the day before the wedding.
DESIGN & DECOR RENTAL SERVICES
We have a very huge selection of Pinterest worthy popular decor items for centerpieces, head-table and ceremony site. One Flat fee will include design consultation and planning session. Westbrook's staff will set-up and take-down. Ease the stress and financial burden of decorating and leave it all to us! **NEW** Our Decor Designer is also a Fresh Floral Designer and can create bouquets for the Bride and Bridesmaids and other needed flowers for the Groomsmen and Grandparents. *Floral prices are based on items chosen.
GRAIN BIN SILO FIRE PIT!
Hang out and do S'mores together with your guests! It comes with hand-scraped beam seating and a barn door table. We provide wood, marshmallow/hot dog sticks with Edison lighting. We take care of the lighting the fire and wood replenishing.

Friday: 9am-Midnight includes one hour clean-up. Guests depart at 11pm. Clean-up completed by Midnight.
Saturday: 9:00am-Midnight including one hour clean-up. Guests depart at 11pm. Clean up by Midnight. Pick-up only Sunday 10am- 11am.
Weekend: Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday 9am-Midnight, Guests depart at 11pm. Sunday 10am-Noon.
